HEADUX Launches NEXA Series Following Its Debut at Essen 2026 (Shenzhen)

The NEXA Series made its first public appearance at The 29th Beijing Essen Welding & Cutting Fair 2026 (Shenzhen).

During the exhibition, the new NEXA products were introduced to customers for the first time. At the HEADUX booth, the series received continued attention from visitors, distributors and welding professionals. After the exhibition, HEADUX also received a number of inquiries about the new products.

Some customers showed particular interest in the new operating interface and the overall product design of the NEXA Series. The series combines a 7-inch LCD touchscreen with traditional control knobs, allowing users to view and adjust welding parameters in a more intuitive way while retaining familiar physical controls.

In some regions, HEADUX is already in further discussions with local partners regarding distribution and possible exclusive agency cooperation.

The current NEXA Series includes the NEXA ULTRA 200 AC/DC, NEXA ULTRA 230 AC/DC, NEXA MULTI 200 AC/DC and NEXA MULTI 230 AC/DC. The series supports multiple welding processes and is designed for a range of professional welding applications.

For HEADUX, the launch of the NEXA Series is not the end of this product project, but the beginning of a broader NEXA product line.

We plan to continue developing new products based on the NEXA platform, including future industrial welding equipment, while further improving the operating experience and product functions for professional users.
