FAQ
Frequently asked questions about our products, technology, and services.
Q1. What types of welding machines does HEADUX offer?
HEADUX offers a wide range of welding and cutting equipment, including MIG/MAG welders, TIG welders, MMA/Stick welders, plasma cutters, stud welders, multi-process welders, handheld laser welders, robotic welding power sources and cobot welding solutions.
Q2. Who are HEADUX welding machines designed for?
HEADUX machines are designed for metal fabrication shops, repair workshops, mobile welders, industrial manufacturers, automation integrators, distributors and professional users who need reliable welding performance across different applications.
Q3. How do I choose the right HEADUX welder?
The right model depends on your welding process, material type, material thickness, power supply, duty cycle requirement and production volume. For general fabrication, a multi-process MIG/TIG/MMA welder is often a flexible choice. For aluminum, stainless steel or precision work, a pulse MIG or AC/DC TIG model may be more suitable.
Q4. What is the difference between MIG, TIG and MMA welding?
MIG welding is fast and suitable for general fabrication. TIG welding offers higher precision and cleaner welds, especially for stainless steel and aluminum. MMA, also known as Stick welding, is simple, durable and ideal for outdoor repair and maintenance work.
Q5. What is a multi-process welder?
A multi-process welder combines several welding processes in one machine, such as MIG, TIG and MMA. Some HEADUX models also combine welding and cutting functions, giving users more flexibility in one compact system.
